CrossFit Kids
Looking for a fun and engaging way to get your kids moving? Our CrossFit Kids class is the perfect fit! Designed to teach fundamental movements and body awareness, this program makes fitness fun.
Kids will enjoy running, jumping, and safely lifting light medicine balls, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Whether they're new to exercise or full of energy, our class helps them build strength, confidence, and a love for staying active!
