Favorite Thing About Coaching: When a member makes a small change but then moves a lot better or says how much easier it is. My fave thing to coach is Olympic lifting.

Biggest Fitness Journey Lesson: Consistency, dedication and most of all PATIENCE is key for results! I’ve had to adapt my mindset from wanting immediate gratitude to developing quality patience to achieve the desired results.
Favorite Thing About Coaching: Helping athletes make their workout sesh the best and most fun hour of their day, and learning about each and every athlete’s interests and what makes them unique!

Biggest Fitness Journey Lesson: Listen to your body. It is often more capable than you give it credit for. And if something isn’t working there is always some form of exercise you can do even around injuries or limitations.
Favorite Thing About Coaching: Sharing my passion with others and things I’ve learned over the years. I love watching people gain confidence in their body’s ability and having that confidence carry over to other aspects of their lives.
