Biggest Fitness Journey Lesson: You only make gains when you do. Showing up is the hardest part. Mastering that, the rest is manageable.

Favorite Thing About Coaching: Spending time with the CFM family! It's always great seeing people and reconnecting when plugging into a different class time.

Biggest Fitness Journey Lesson: How much proper movement/mobility/range of motion improved my overall fitness.

Favorite Thing About Coaching: When a member makes a small change but then moves a lot better or says how much easier it is. My fave thing to coach is Olympic lifting.

Biggest Fitness Journey Lesson:  Food is fuel and muscles are cool :-) The body is an amazing and adaptable work of art that you can build and mold to do anything you want it to do.

Favorite Thing About Coaching: watching athletes' confidence and spark overflow the more they work on themselves and achieve things they never thought they could. The dedication they display in showing up every day and working towards better health is inspiring and infectious.

Biggest Fitness Journey Lesson: Consistency, dedication and most of all PATIENCE is key for results! I’ve had to adapt my mindset from wanting immediate gratitude to developing quality patience to achieve the desired results. 

Favorite Thing About Coaching: Helping athletes make their workout sesh the best and most fun hour of their day, and learning about each and every athlete’s interests and what makes them unique!

If I Could Eat One Food For The Rest Of My Life It Would Be: Definitely Tuna Pokè Bowls with spicy mayo!

Biggest Fitness Journey Lesson: Listen to your body. It is often more capable than you give it credit for. And if something isn’t working there is always some form of exercise you can do even around injuries or limitations.

Favorite Thing About Coaching: Sharing my passion with others and things I’ve learned over the years. I love watching people gain confidence in their body’s ability and having that confidence carry over to other aspects of their lives.

If I Could Eat One Food For The Rest Of My Life It Would Be: I could eat muffins for every meal.

Biggest Fitness Journey Lesson: The importance of consistency. Diet, technique, workouts…consistency is the main driver to reaching my goals.

Favorite Thing About Coaching: Getting to watch the progress members make. Seeing someone learn double unders or finally get kipping pull ups down, it is really fun to see
