Don't worry, it's not sink or swim over here. Everyone in our classes have been complete beginners before, too. If you've never done CrossFit, or have never worked out a day in your life we got you covered!
You will go through some examples of modifications and scalings, as well as do your first WOD! (workout of the day).
These personal training sessions with a CFM coach, will give you a good base before jumping in with the group.

The On Ramp program introduces newcomers to the fundamentals of CrossFit in a supportive, educational environment. Led by expert coaches, this program focuses on teaching proper techniques, movements, and terminology to prepare you for regular CrossFit classes.
